DESCRIPTION:The key theme for the Conference is building our workforce and
  looking into the future for the Construction and Property Services
  industries\, which include about 1.6 million employees and 500\,000
  enterprises that are of vital importance to the Australian economy. The
  2007 Conference will look at what is needed to successfully meet the
  needs of these industries for the future\, in terms of learning\,
  training and skills development.\nSpeakers will be from TAFE Directors
  Australia\, Australian Industry Group\, Master Builders Australia\,
  Australian Security Industry Association Limited and CPSISC. Chairperson
  Kareena Ballard AM\, former President of the Real Estate Institute of
